Gerard A. Vincelette

72, of Cranston passed away on Wednesday July 31, 2024 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Denise (Companatico) Vincelette.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Gerard A. and Rita (Guertin) Vincelette.

Gerard was a bookseller for CCRI for many years before retiring.

Besides his wife he was the devoted father of Nicholas Vincelette and his wife Shannon of North Kingstown, Katharine Vincelette and her husband Jonah Martins of Cranston and Sarah Vincelette and her husband Lee Bucci of Cranston; and loving grandfather of Emilia and Veda. He was the dear brother of the late Caroline Hyman.

His funeral service will be held on Wednesday August 7, 2024 at 12:30 pm in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by inurnment in St Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 11:30 am -12:30 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
