GEORGIANA (BUSBY) BRIER

71, of East Greenwich, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 11, 2013, at Kent County Hospital, Warwick. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late George H. and Ann (Boyajian) Busby. Georgiana was the owner of the former Brier and Associates of East Greenwich. She was a member of the Rhode Island Builders Association.

She is survived by one daughter Elizabeth F. Brier of East Greenwich, and was the mother of the late Charles R. Brier. Georgiana was the proud grandmother of Megan Lynn Brier of Winter Spring, FL. She was the sister of Paul S. Busby of Cranston, William J. Busby of Cumberland, Barbara A. Mitchell of Narragansett, Janice M. Mathews of Cranston, and the late George H. Busby, III.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. David's On the Hill Church, 200 Meshanticut Valley Parkway, Cranston. Interment will be private. VISITING HOURS Thursday 5-8 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 85 Astor Avenue, #2, Norwood, MA 02062-5040.
