George was the General Manager at Pilgrim Screw Corporation in Providence before retiring, and previously was the District Manager of Chase Metals in Lincoln. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business Administration from Bryant College.
In addition to his wife, George is survived by his son David A. Mooradian of Santa Fe, NM; two grandchildren, Melissa S. Mooradian and Jeffrey R. Mooradian, both of Cranston; two nieces, Olga Ingelse of Venice, FL and Alicia Talbot of East Providence; his brother-in-law George Yapchaian of Tiverton; as well as other nieces, nephews and godchildren. He was the brother of the late Kachkatoon Khimatian.
George was a member of Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, a long time member of the Pawtucket Country Club, member of Hye Golfers of Florida and the Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Seniors Organization, as well as a former choir member of his church.
He was a devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox and the New York Giants.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, Providence, followed by interment at North Burial Ground Cemetery, Providence.
VISITING HOURS are TUESDAY from 4-8 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME &Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.
