George A. Kulz III

77, of Warwick, passed away suddenly on Friday, April 9, 2021 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Barbara (Guarino) Kulz. They were married for 54 years. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late George Jr. and Virginia (Middleton) Kulz. Mr. Kulz was a senior electronic technician for Seacorp for many years until his retirement; before that, he worked for General Dynamics, Electric Boat Division, and for Northrup Grumman. He served in the Army National Guard. He was an active member of the VFW Post Shield 43.

Besides his beloved wife Barbara, he is survived by his loving children: George A. Kulz and his wife Celeste of Cumberland and Lisa Marie Patten and her husband Brad of Warwick, his dear brother Robert Kulz of Warwick, and was also the cherished grandfather of 6 children: Krysta and Zachary Patten, and Marissa, Amber, Brianna, and Andrew Kulz. George was the father of the late Michael J. Kulz.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 11 am in Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, 118 King Philip St., Providence. Burial with military honors will take place in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours will take place on Wednesday evening from 4-8 pm in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.
