GENNARO 'GINO' COMPANATICO, II

45, died suddenly at his home in Cranston on Tuesday morning. He was born in Providence and was a beloved son of Gennaro and Anna (Conti) Companatico Sr. Gennaro was the youngest of 3 children. He is survived by his sister Denise Vincelette and her husband Gerard of Cranston and his brother Domenic Companatico of Coventry. He was the loving and proud father of Samantha and Genna, both of Cranston. He was a mortgage underwriter whose career spanned from N.Y. to R.I. He was a survivor of The Station night club fire in 2003. His legacy will live forever at Applebee's in Garden City, Cranston. A special thanks to Johnny, Lisa, Michelle and Chris, employees and patrons there. His funeral will be held on Saturday at 10:30 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME &Crematory 1278 Park Ave, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am in The Church of St. Mark, Garden City, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Saturday morning 8:30-10:30 am.
