Gagik "Gago" Mkrtchian

Gagik passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 2, 2020.

He was the beloved son of Vera (Faryan) Mkrtchian and the late Rafik Mkrtchian.  Besides his mother, he leaves behind his brother Mickayel "Mike" Mkrtchian and his wife Ani Tovmasyan, as well as his niece Vera and nephew Robert Mktrchian.

Gago was born in Yerevan, Armenia and moved to Rhode Island with his family when he was 12 years old.  He worked in auto sales for many years and was very proud of his Armenian heritage and loved being with his family and friends.  Gago was the life of the party and lit up any room when he walked in.

His Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 9th  at 11 a.m. in Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, 70 Jefferson St., Providence, followed by burial at North Burial Ground, Providence.  VISITING HOURS AT CHURCH FROM 6 P.M. TO  8 P.M. ON THURSDAY OCTOBER 8TH. SOCIAL DISTANCING AND MASKS REQUIRED.
