GABRIELE M. D'AMBRA

Gabriele was an aircraft engine mechanic and worked at McDonald-Douglas in California and Quonset Point Naval Air Station in North Kingstown. He was a Merchant Marine and U.S. Navy veteran. He was a member of St. Martha's Church in Sarasota where he served as an usher for 25 years.

He was the devoted father of Diana Vennera of Bradenton, FL, Patricia Plante of Providence and Rhoda D'Ambra of Bradenton Beach, FL; loving grandfather of six; loving great-grandfather of eight; and dear brother of Anna DeLuise, Loretta DeBeradis, Josephine Nyzio and the late Michael D'Ambra.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Chapel Service on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. in Our Risen Christ Garden Mausoleum at St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston, followed by entombment with Military Honors.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
