FRANK V. TOTI SR

87, of Wolfe Rd. Narragansett, formerly of Cranston, passed away on Monday July 18, after a brief illness, surrounded by his family at South County Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Edith (Pezza) Toti. Born in Cranston, he was the son of the late Vincenzo and Maria (Petronio) Toti. He received his high school diploma in 1943 prior to enlisting in the U.S. Army during World War II. He served honorably in England, France and Germany with the 280th Station Hospital as a medical corps technician. Until retirement, he worked all his adult life in the construction trades through Carpenters Local 94 as a master carpenter. He served as an adult leader and committee chairman for Boy Scout Troop 2 Knightsville. He was a long-standing member of St. Mary's Feast Society.

Besides his wife he was the beloved father of Frank V. Toti Jr. of Cranston and Mark S. Toti of Narragansett; dear brother of Theresa Silva of CT., Ralph Toti of Cranston and the late Vincent "Jimmy" Toti and Benedetto 'Benny" Toti.

His main passions in life were his family, reading, "puttering around the house" and fishing. He will be lovingly remembered and missed by all who knew him.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston on Thursday at 10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church 1525 Cranston St. Cranston at 11 a.m. Burial, with military honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
