84, of Lantern Lane Cranston died Wednesday June 15, 2011 peacefully at home surrounded by his wife of 55 years Ann (Torti) Fraraccio; his children Judith, Ronald, Frank and Sandra; his grandchildren Kayleigh and Miranda and Mickey his dog. He is also survived by his sisters Marie Conti and Etta Marchione.
He was born in Providence a son of the late Antonio and Mary (Spaziano) Fraraccio. Frank was the owner of the former Pinecrest Builders and the Silver Top Cab Company. He was a Navy Seabee Veteran of WW-II and Korea. His funeral arrangements are private.
