FRANCES RUSSO (PERUGINO)
FRANCES (PERUGINO) RUSSO, 96, of Johnston, formerly of Curry Rd., Cranston, died Saturday, February 2, 2008 at Cherry Hill Manor in Johnston. She was the wife of the late Edward Russo.
Born in Johnston, she was the daughter of the late Michele and Maria (Iannelli) Perugino. Mrs. Russo was a spinner at the former Pocasset Mills in Johnston, before retiring. She was an avid gardener.
She was the devoted mother of Beatrice A. Rego of Hamden, CT, and Pasco M. Russo of Cranston; and was a loving grandmother and great-grandmother. She was the sister of the late Bertha Calestino, Jennie Musone, and Charles and Antonio Perugino.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston Tuesday at 8 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rocco's Church, Atwood Ave., Johnston at 9 a.m.
Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
