FRANCES E. (GESMONDI) MENDILLO
92, of Old Pocasset Rd., passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at the Briarcliffe Manor, Johnston. She was the wife of the late Alfonse A. Mendillo. She was born in Johnston a daughter of the late Frank and Carmella "Lillian "(Parrillo) Gesmondi. Mrs. Mendillo was a self-employed hairdresser until her retirement. She is survived by her children, Cynthia A. Pearson of Johnston, Donna A. Mendillo of Foster and Richard A. Mendillo of East Providence. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and was the sister of the late Anthony and George Gesmondi. Her funeral will be held on Monday at 9:am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Atwood Ave., Johnston at 10:am. Burial take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS 5-8pm.
