70, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at the Waterview Villa Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, East Providence. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Leo Wilde Sr. and Louise (Crowsley).
She is survived by her loving children, Joseph Mancino, and Jacqueline Mancino; cherished granddaughter Alyson Smith; dear siblings Kenneth Wilde, Roberta Wilde, Virginia Harding, Sharon Ricci, and the late James Casey, Leo F. Wilde Jr., Carolyn Christan, and Robert Casey.
For many years, she served as a crossing guard in Providence, where her dedication to the safety of children shone brightly. She loved interacting with the kids and ensured their safe passage across the street.
She brought passion to everything she did. She had a love for creating and experiencing art through painting, drawing, and music. She loved discovering hidden gems at yard sales and building a collection of unique treasures. She found peace in the quiet beauty of nature, nurturing her flowers and plants and embracing the tranquility of the woods. She cherished the companionship of her beloved cats.
VISITING HOURS will be held on Tuesday, July 16th from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. in the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. Inurnment will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
