FLORENCE E. (PEZZULLO) PANNOZZI

FLORENCE E. (PEZZULLO) PANNOZZI 96, of Bellevue Ave., North Providence, passed away Saturday August 15, 2009 at home. She was the wife of the late Frank Pannozzi. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John and Romelia (Martinelli) Pezzullo. She attended the Fruit Hill Adult Day Care for the Elderly in North Providence, for the past 15 years. Florence worked for the former Providence Lying-In Hospital in the dietician dept for many years, and also worked for many resorts in New Hampshire, Florida and Arizona. She is survived by her son Frank Pannozzi and his wife Kathleen of Providence, her grandchildren, John and Michael and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Alfred and Edward Pezzullo, William Pezzulli, Emily Thornton and Rose Brown. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael's Church 239 Oxford St. Providence at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
