FLORENCE R. (HAMEL) JACOB

78, of Azalea Rd., Narragansett, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2011 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late George Jacob, Jr. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Leland Hamel. Mrs. Jacob worked in the dry cleaning business for 57 years retiring in 2007. She was the devoted mother of Mark S. Jacob of Narragansett; loving grandmother of two; and loving great-grandmother of five. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, February 11th at 10:00 a.m. in St. Veronica Chapel, 1035 Boston Neck Rd., Narragansett. Burial will be private and visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
