FILOMENA (CATUTO) MATTIA

Filomena (Catuto) Mattia 83, of North Providence previously of Providence, passed away on Tuesday January 19, 2010 at Kent Hospital, Warwick. She was the beloved wife of the late John B. Mattia. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Angelina (DeRita) Catuto. Filomena is survived by her loving daughters, Helen Pagnozzi and her husband Alfonse of FL and Deborah Case and her husband Richard of Cranston. She was also the cherished grandmother of Gina, John, David, great grandmother of Nicholas, and was also the sister of Anthony Catuto and his wife Anna of Cranston, Celia Boschetti of North Providence, and the late Vincent, Angelo, Salvatore, Rocco, Helen Catuto , and Mary Marsella. Her funeral will be held on Friday at 10 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Brayton Ave. Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Friday morning 9-10 am.
