Peacefully passed away, at age 94, surrounded by her loving family on June 22, 2012 at her home in Scituate. She was the beloved wife of Edward Seoane. Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Genoveffa (Folco) Foglia. Fannie worked as a bookkeeper for the family's poultry farm for 25 years. She was a member of the National Grange of the Patrons of Husbandry for 25 years, a Charter Member of the Potterville Fire Department Woman's Auxiliary, and a volunteer at the Senior Center meal site in N. Scituate for several years. Fannie enjoyed cooking, baking, watching soap operas and telling jokes. She was the devoted mother of Anthony A. Seoane of Scituate, Jacqueline A. Hattoy of Coventry, and the late Alan A. Seoane; loving grandmother of David J. Hattoy Jr., Nicholas A. Seoane and Nathan A. Seoane; loving great-grandmother of 4 and dear sister of Anne Foglia of Cranston, and late siblings: Lucy (Foglia) Giuffre, Joseph Foglia, Ferdinand Foglia and Richard Foglia. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday at 11 am in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by interment in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
