FANNIE M. (TRAMONTI) GUERCIA

92, of Warwick, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2012 at Kent Hospital in Warwick. She was the beloved wife of the late Achille A. Guercia. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Clara (Fasciano) Tramonti.

Fannie worked for the Warwick School Department as a teacher's aide at Norwood School for many years; and was a member of the Warwick Senior Center.

She was the devoted mother of Paul J. Guercia and his wife Marianne of Johnston, Kenneth A. Guercia and his wife Barbara of Cranston and the late Stephen J. Guercia; loving grandmother of Kerri A. Guercia and Stephen J. Guercia; and dear sister of the late William and Frank Tramonti.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Friday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. William Church, 200 Pettaconsett Ave., Warwick at 10 a.m. Interment will be at RI Veterans Cemetery in Exeter. VISITING HOURS are FRIDAY MORNING from 8-9 a.m.
