EVELYN A. RICCI
EVELYN A. RICCI, 80, of Plainfield St., Johnston, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at Cherry Hill Manor in Johnston. Born in Johnston, the beloved daughter of the late Joseph P. and Maria A. (Fetta) Ricci, she was a lifelong Johnston resident.
Evelyn was a clerical worker at the former Henry Gorman Jewelers in Providence for many years before retiring. She was an active member of St. Brigid's Church as a lecturer, catechist and choir member. She was the dear sister of Gloria M. Kelley of Virginia Beach, VA, Francesco Ricci of Johnston, the late Joseph T. Ricci, Dorothy A. Wood and Thomas P. Ricci; and loving aunt of Deborah Bock, Lori Brien, Charles Wood, Sharon Wood and many other nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Brigid's Church, Johnston, followed by interment at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: St. Brigid's Church, 1231 Plainfield St., Johnston, RI 02919.
