Evelyn V. (DePetrillo) Paolino

95, of Johnston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at the North Providence home of her son and his husband. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis A. Paolino. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Michael Angelo and Amelia (Napolitano) DePetrillo.  Evelyn worked for the Department of Human Services for the State of RI for many years before retiring to be become the caregiver of her father-in-law, father, mother and her husband, in turn.

Evelyn will be remembered for her laughter, love of travel, casino outings, elephant collection and the famous "cousins lunches".  Baked macaroni and eggplant parm; sherry biscuits and brownies were just some  of her signature dishes.  She is survived by her loving son, Robert Paolino and his husband Wilburn Bert Peardon and dear sister Ethel Krikorian.  Evelyn was predeceased by her sister Alice Travers.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, November 3rd at 10:00am in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Johnston. Inurnment will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
