EVELYN REGINA BOVE

79 of Randall Avenue, Warwick, died Tuesday, December 9, 2008 peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Ralph Bove for 59 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Adeline (Cicchetti) Golato. She lived in Warwick for most of her life. Evelyn was a homemaker and avid cook and baker. The Christmas season was her favorite time of year and she took great pride in baking her Italian cookies and preparing the traditional Christmas Eve dinner for her family and friends. She cherished her family and took pleasure in spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Besides her husband Ralph, she leaves her sons Robert Bove and his wife Doris, Richard Bove and his wife Jane, Dennis Bove and his wife Patricia, and her beloved daughter Janet Verdi, all of Warwick, seven granddaughters, Gina Bove, Lisa Bove-Baldelli, Jessica Bove, Jennifer Bove, Kaite Bove-Furney, Stephanie Bove, and Rochelle Verdi, one grandson, Dennis Bove, Jr. of FL, and two great grandchildren. Evelyn was the mother-in-law of the late Michael Verdi. She was the sister of Nicholas Golato and Dorothy Buccini of Warwick, and Anna Pinga of West Warwick. Her funeral will be held on Saturday, December 13, at 8:45AM from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM in St. Kevin's Church, 333 Sandy Lane, Warwick. VISITING HOURS Friday 4-8PM. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: VNA of Care New England, 51 Health Lane, Warwick, RI 02886.
