ERCOLE PAZIENZA

ERCOLE PAZIENZA, 69, of Douglas Ave., North Providence, passed away Monday, May 24, 2010 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Anna (Del Bove) Pazienza, and life companion of Patricia Barnes. Born in Guarcino, Italy, the son of the late Adamo and Italia (Lanzi) Pazienza, he lived in Fondi, Italy before coming to the U.S. in 1973.

Mr. Pazienza was a retired carpenter and a member of St. Bartholomew Social Club.

He was the devoted father of Steven "Stefano" Pazienza and his wife Victoria of Smithfield, Danny "Danilo" Pazienza of North Providence and Adam "Adamo" Pazienza and his wife Andrea of Johnston; loving grandfather of six; and dear brother of Gaetano Pazienza of Fondi, Italy and the late Franca Zanettino. He was also the loving uncle of many nieces and nephews in Italy, the U.S. and Canada.

His funeral will be held Friday at 9:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston.
