87, of Johnston, died Thursday, August 5, 2010 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. He was the husband of twenty years to Madeline (Bailey) Muto Jones. Ennis was also the husband of the late Mary (DeMarzo) Jones. Born in Bon Aqua, TN, he was a son of the late Enice G. and Emmie (Lankford) Jones. Mr. Jones was the owner of the former Jones Tile Company of Cranston for forty years before retiring in 1992. He was a US Marine Corps veteran serving during WW II. Ennis was a life member of VFW Post #2812 of Cranston, fifty year member of UCT Providence Council #67 and the New England Grand Council, and a past member of the Alpine Country Club. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with his loving family. Besides his wife he is survived by his children, Barbara Jones of Indialantic, FL, Patricia Lupoli and her husband Bernie of Cumberland, and Pamela Borges and her husband George of Cranston. Ennis was the grandfather of seven grandsons, Brett, Blake and Brendan Simonini, Jason and Dr. Eric Lupoli, and Scott and Matthew Borges. He was the brother of Helen C. Siemski of Utica, NY, Wilda Collins of Paris, TN, Virginia Hodgins of Ohio, Sam D. Jones of Nashville, TN and the late Nellie Roser and James Jones. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 8:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Atwood Avenue, Johnston. Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
