Emma C. (Gentile) Mollis

92, of Cranston, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Rudolph Mollis. Born in Cranston, she was a daughter of the late Decoroso and Giovanna (Teolis) Gentile. Emma was a bookkeeper for St. Mary’s Church for over 30 years. She was also the chairwoman of many various organizations.

Emma is survived by her loving daughters, Cynthia Geremia and her husband Raymond of Cranston with whom she lived, and Cathleen Palazzo and her husband Vincent of Cranston; cherished grandchildren, Raymond Geremia and his wife Jennifer, Joanna Guite and her husband Nathan, Vincent Palazzo and his wife Amanda, and Dana Palazzo; great grandchildren, Vincent, Linnea, Lucas, Liana, Gian and Emma Lynn; dear sisters Ida and Evelyn Gentile, both of Cranston, and the late Lugina Silva and Rose DeLuca.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Friday at 10:00 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held on FRIDAY MORNING from 9:00 – 10:00 am.
