ELSIE (CIMINI) AMALFITANO

84,of North Providence, passed away on Thursday June 28, 2012, at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Vito Amalfitano.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Felice and Olivetta Cimini.

Elsie worked as an office manager at Lang Jewelry of Cranston for 25 years and later for Richmond Sales of Pacia & Pacia of Pawtucket for 10 years, before retiring.

She was the devoted mother of Judith A. Coppola and son-in-law David Coppola; loving grandmother of Alexander J. Coppola ; and dear sister of Helen Landi and the late Fred, Vincent and Benjamin Cimini, Christina Merolli, Anna Maiorisi, Louise Hirshon, Pasqualina Parrillo, Laura Rosati and Mary Piacitelli.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Monday at 10a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston at 11 a.m. Interment will be at St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston.
