ELLEN A. (WILCOX) PETRICIG

66, of Cranston, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Friday, August 2, 2013 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of forty-five years to Joseph R. Petricig. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph M. and Muriel M. (Boyle) Wilcox. Ellen was employed by Dimeo Construction Company of Providence in Records and Contracts for fifteen years before her retirement. Ellen enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling New England, and trips to Twin River. Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving daughters, Karen A. Petricig, and Christine J. Petricig, both of Cranston. Ellen was the cherished grandmother of Joshua J. Petricig of Cranston. She was the sister of Joseph M. Wilcox, II of Riverside. She also leaves two close family friends, Meredith A. Ferland, and Ken A. Blanchette. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in the Church of Saint Mark, 15 Garden Court, Cranston. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
