Elena Murasecchi

87, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Rhode Island Hospital.

Elena began her career as a bookkeeper at the Shepard Co. and the Peerless Dept. Store in downtown Providence.  After moving to Cranston, she continued her career as a receptionist for the North Safety Equipment Co. in Cranston from which she retired.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late John and Maria Consiglia (Coletti) Murasecchi.  She made her home in Cranston for over 40 years.

Elena was the sister of the late Vincent and Alfred Murasecchi and the late Eva DeQuattro and Anna Murasecchi.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston, with limited seating.  Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
