ELENA (LANCELLOTTI) CARROLL

Elena (Lancellotti) Carroll, 93, of Warwick, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. Elena was the wife of the late William Carroll, Sr. Born in Providence, Elena was a daughter of the late Antonio and Vencenzina (DelGiudice) Lancellotti. Mrs. Carroll was a member of The Metacomet Country Club since 1949. Elena is survived by one daughter: Janice Carroll-Archer of Warwick, one son: Stephen Carroll and his wife Sandra of Warwick, and the mother-in-law of Ana Carroll of West Greenwich. Survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late William Carroll, Jr. and the beloved sister fo the late Anna Lancellotti, Eva Picaso, Lena Whittum and Emma Taylor. Her funeral will be held on Friday at 9:00am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Timothy Church, 1799 Warwick Avenue, Warwick at 10:00am. VISITING HOURS Thursday 6-8pm. Immediately following the interment in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston, the family cordially invites everyone to join with them at The Metacomet Country Club, 500 Veterans Memorial Parkway, East Providence, RI.`
