Eleanor J. "Pat" (Blackmar) Waterman, 79, of, Oakland Beach Ave., Warwick, passed away Monday, November 26, 2007 at Kent Hospital in Warwick. She was the wife of the late WFD Capt. Arthur A. Waterman.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Lester L. and Alice (Brown) Blackmar.
Mrs. Waterman was a secretary for the Warwick Public Schools for the past 41 years. She was a former member of the National P.T.A. and the Rhode Island P.T.A. She also worked with the USO during WW-II, and was a former member of the National Grange.
She is survived by her daughter, Diane Perreault and her husband Russell of Warwick; her grandchildren, Kimberlee Sevigny and her husband Mic, Darcee Harris and her husband George, and Ashlee Waterman; her two great-grandchildren, Amy Sevigny and George Harris, Jr.; her cousin Pearl Sarno, and many extended family members. She was the mother of the late Arthur L. Waterman, and sister of the late Beverly A. Lincourt.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Rita's Church, 722 Oakland Beach Ave., Warwick.
Burial will be private.
