ELEANOR J. (FURIA) TAMBURRINO

95, of Cranston, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2012 at Elmhurst Extended Care in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Antonio Tamburrino. Eleanor was born in Providence, a daughter of the late Giovanni and Loretta (Pazienza) Furia. Eleanor is survived by her nieces, Linda Marsella and her husband Giulio, Angela Sousa and her husband Luis and Loretta Rice and her husband Arthur all of Cranston and she is also survived by great nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Margaret Pompili, Edith Ciutti, Pasquale and Angelo Furia. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 11 am in St. Mary's Church, Cranston St., Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
