ELEANOR F. MADERIA

Eleanor F. (Keating) Maderia 80, of Neptune Ave., Jamestown, died on Monday, August 6, 2007 at Village House & Rehabilitation Center, Newport. She was the wife of the late Arthur Maderia.She was born in Portland, Maine, a daughter of the late Clifford H. and Cleona M. (Degre) Keating and she had resided in Jamestown for many years. Mrs. Maderia was a bus monitor employed by the Town of Jamestown for more than 17 years and was the recipient of a citation for her many years of dedicated service to the town. She was also employed as a parking attendant at Mackerel Cove Beach, Jamestown during the summer seasons. She was a volunteer for many years for the Threads of Love and was a communicant of St. Mark Church.She is survived by her cousin Joan Peltier and her husband Dr. Joseph Peltier of Warwick and her stepbrother, Robert Vorron of Windham, Maine.Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Mark's Church, 60 Narragansett Ave., Jamestown and may call at the Nardolillo Funeral Home SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Road (Rt. 1A), Narragansett, Wednesday 6-8 p.m. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
