ELEANOR "HONEY" (SIMONE) IANNOTTI

80, of Ocean Rd., Narragansett and Cranston passed away peacefully on September 19, 2011 at home in Narragansett where she resided for the past 17 years with her children. She was the wife of the late Domenic L. " Tom " Iannotti Sr. She was born in Providence a daughter of the late Michael and Angela ( Cortellessa ) Simone.Honey was a teacher's assistant employed by Cranston ARC for 25 years until her retirement. She was the devoted mother of Maria Iannotti and Angela Iannotti both of Narragansett and Cranston and the late Domenic L. Iannotti Jr. She was the proud and loving grandmother of Edward and Michael DelSignore and Maria Iannotti who brought her joy and happiness throughout her life. She was the beloved niece of Camille S. Parolisi of Bristol. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10 am in St. Mary, Star of the Sea Church, 864 Pt. Judith Rd., Narragansett. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.Entombment will take place in Our Risen Christ Garden Mausoleum, St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
