Eileen R. (Coyle) Costigan

82, passed away November 6, 2021.

Born in New Rochelle, NY she was a daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Leonard) Coyle.

Eileen had worked in the x-ray department of Memorial Hospital. Then worked as assistant to the news director at WJAR for fifteen years before retiring.

She had a deep love for animals and mission to save them.  She enjoyed reading, music and politics.

She leaves two sons, Michael J. Costigan of Mt. Laurel, NJ and Scott C. Costigan of Kingston, RI; five siblings, Charles Coyle, Michael Scott, Margaret Muddrick, Sally Erb and Alice Guzzy; five grandchildren, Ronan M. Costigan, William B. Costigan, Katherine C. Costigan, James P. Costigan and Thomas C. Costigan; and many nieces and nephews.  She was the mother of the late David K. Costigan and was the sister of the late Peter Scott.

Her burial will be private in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
