68, of Candice Court, Johnston, passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence. He was the beloved husband for 16 years of Yvonne (Postigo) Piccirillo. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Serafino and Mary (Furtado) Piccirillo.
Mr. Piccirillo was a jewelry manufacturer and was the owner of the former DiOro International in North Providence before retiring.
Besides his wife, he was the devoted father of Edward J. Piccirillo, Jr. and his wife Maribel of Mission, TX, Karen Torrico of Cranston and Antonio J. Piccirillo of Johnston; loving grandfather of Martin, Sirena, Virginia and Sofia Piccirillo; and dear brother of Peter Piccirillo of Dallas, TX, Joseph Piccirillo of Melbourne, FL, William Piccirillo of Little River, SC and Virginia Petrone, Angelina Mathewson and Helen Greene all of Cranston.
Funeral from the NARDOLILO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Wednesday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Ann's Church, 1493 Cranston St. Cranston at 10 a.m. Interment will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are TUESDAY from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
