EDWARD F. KENNEDY

79, of Duxbury Ct., Warwick and formerly of Ft. Myers, FL, passed away on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at home. He was the beloved husband for 61 years of Phyllis A. (Hill) Kennedy. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Francis and Leona (Beauvais) Kennedy.

Mr. Kennedy was a 1950 graduate of LaSalle Academy in Providence and was a sales manager for AAA in Florida for many years before retiring.

Besides his wife, he was the devoted father of Edward R. Kennedy and his wife Eileen of Saunderstown, Kathleen A. Chase and her husband Jeffrey and Jeanne C. Santos and her husband Paul, all of Cranston and Michael F. Kennedy and his wife Doreen of Attleboro, MA; loving grandfather of eight; loving great-grandfather of one; and dear brother of James Kennedy and Eileen Pallante, both of FL, Marilyn Mazzeo of MA and the late Norman Kennedy.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Saturday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Ann's Church, 1493 Cranston St. Cranston at 10 a.m.

VISITING HOURS are Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
