EDWARD 'EDDIE' ANDRADE

Edward "Eddie" Andrade, 64, of Ashburton Drive, Cranston passed away on Monday, June 18, 2012 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. Married at Holy Ghost Church 40 years ago, he was the beloved husband of Theresa (DeFusco) Andrade. Born in Portugal, he was a son of the late Frank and Alexandrina (Martins) Andrade. Eddie was employed as a property manager for MetLife in Warwick for over 25 years. He was a Navy veteran during the Vietnam War. An avid golfer, Eddie was a member of the "Good Times Golf League" at the East Greenwich Country Club for many years. Besides his wife he was the loving father of Lori and her husband Matthew Kachanis of Cranston and Mark Andrade of Warwick. Brother of Mary Ann Waldron of Providence and George Andrade of North Providence. He will be remembered for his devotion to family, great sense of humor and hard working nature. His funeral will be held on Friday at 10:00am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Avenue Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Ghost Church, Providence at 10:30am. Interment, with military honors, will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours: FRIDAY MORNING 8-10am.
