Edmund Recchia, III

Edmund Recchia, 60, of Cranston, passed away at home on Saturday, December 31, 2022. Born in
Providence, he was the son of Evelyn (Capuano) Recchia and the late Edmund Recchia Jr.
Edmund graduated from Cranston High School West. A loyal and caring friend to many, he was truly one
of the nicest guys you’d ever meet.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his brother Robert and his wife, Jill Recchia, of Grafton, Mass. He
was uncle to Brian Recchia and Carissa Recchia. He also leaves several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 6, 2022, at 10 a.m. in Immaculate
Conception Church, 237 Garden Hills Dr., Cranston. All guests are to go directly to the church. VISITING
HOURS will be held Thursday from 5–7 p.m. at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278
Park Ave. Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery.
