EDMUND J. CICCONE

66, of Ellison Street, Cranston, passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at Kent Hospital, Warwick. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Edmund and Maria (Sementilli) Ciccone. Mr. Ciccone was a Senior Electrical Engineer for Raytheon for 35 years. A Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War, he served on the USS Springfield and later on the USS Purdy. He was a member of the American Legion Post #102 and the Providence Revolver Club. He leaves one daughter: Tracy DiTroia and her husband Edmund of Cranston, one son: Edmund J. Ciccone II and his wife Grace of East Providence: and his former wife of 25 years Linda Ciccone. Papa of Josalina and Emilio; Dylan and Ryder. Brother of Barbara Giroux of Cranston, Anthony Ciccone of Pawtucket and Paul Ciccone of CT. He was significant other of Gail Burr. His funeral and burial will be private.
