EDITH R. (ALIBERTI) MARINO

92, of Cranston, died Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence. She was the wife of the late Pasquale Marino. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Pasquale and Filomena (Orilla) Aliberti. Mrs. Marino was an inspector for the former Davol Rubber Company for thirty years before retiring in 1982. She is survived by her children, Pasquale Marino, Jr. and his wife Mary of Richmond, David Marino of Cranston, Edith Marino and Viola Micheletti and her husband Joseph all of Cranston and the late Albina Harrison. Edith was the grandmother of Pasquale Marino III, Rochelle and Nicholas Micheletti, and the great-grandmother of Marissa and Brianna Marino. She was the sister of Adolph Scolavino of Albuquerque, NM, Gene Scolavino of Spokane, WA, Victor DiProfio of Providence, Alfred DiProfio of Exeter and the late Amelio Aliberti, Phyllis Ciccone and Amond Scolavino Her funeral services and burial will be private.
