Edith A. "Eda" (Cipolla) Flori, 87, formerly of Terrace Ave., Providence, died Saturday, August 4, 2007 at Briarcliffe Manor Nursing Home in Johnston. She was the beloved wife of the late C. Arthur Flori.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Luigi and Carmella (Cicacci) Cipolla, she was a lifelong Providence resident.
She was the devoted mother of Carolyn F. Coppa and her husband John of West Warwick, and Dolores A. Dean and her husband Ronald of Hope Valley; loving grandmother of Deborah Croce, Diane Dean, Melissa Rosales, and the late Michael Coppa; loving great-grandmother of Alessandra, Andrew and Gabriella; and dear sister of Anita Marocco of Baltimore, MD, and the late Evelyn Gallo, Adriana Cipolla and Ferdinand Cipolla.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. in St. Bartholomew's Church, 305 Laurel Hill Ave., Providence, followed by interment in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
