DR. ROBERT D. MASTRONARDI

60, of Warwick and Narragansett, passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Providence, a beloved son of Mary (Scungio) Mastronardi of Johnston and the late Domenic Mastronardi. Robert was the owner of Mastronardi Chiropractic in Warwick.

In September 2011, he was elected Chairman of the board of Governors of the American Chiropractic Association. He had owned his practice for over 30 years and served in a multitude of leadership roles within the Rhode Island and National Chiropractic Associations. His love for the Chiropractic profession and colleagues was evident to all. His love for enjoying life and fine wine barely touched his love for his children. They were everything to him and all he lived for.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his loving children, Michelle Mastronardi of Cranston, Danielle Mastronardi of MA, Jon Mastronardi of Cranston, his devoted siblings, Michael Mastronardi and Diane Mastronardi both of Johnston. He was also the cherished uncle of Brianna and Lauren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service to be held on Saturday evening from 4-8 pm in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be held on Tuesday at 9 am in St. Rocco's Church, Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial will be private.
