Dorothy T. Famiglietti

97, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 1, 2022 at HopeHealth Hospice Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of Alfonse R. Famiglietti. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Pasquale and Carmela (Masi) Famiglietti. Dorothy worked as an office manager for Dome Publishing for many years before retiring.

Besides her husband Alfonse, she is survived by her loving sons, Bruce Famiglietti and his wife Katherine of Portsmouth, and James S. Famiglietti and his wife Catherine of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada; cherished grandchildren, Nicole, Kate, Caroline and Nicholas Famiglietti. She was the dear sister of the late Blanche Capobianco, Armand Famiglietti, Hugo Famiglietti, Natalia “Lena” Prefontaine and her twin, Rudolph Famiglietti.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Wednesday at 9:00 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Mark Church, Garden City, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held on Tuesday from 5:00 – 8:00 pm.
