DOROTHY (EVANS) D'ORSI

72, of Seven Mile Rd., Hope, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at RI Hospital in Providence surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert P. D'Orsi for 50 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John F. and Mabel (Tracey) Evans.

She was the devoted mother of Robert P. D'Orsi, Jr. and his wife Theresa, Gary D. D'Orsi and his wife Julie, Cheryl L. Roy and her husband Raymond, all of Hope and the late Stephen J. D'Orsi and his wife Christine D'Orsi of Hope; loving grandmother of Christofer, Zachary and Amanda D'Orsi and Joseph and Madison Roy; and sister of the late Frederick, Raymond, Everett and Donald Evans.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME &Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Thursday at 9:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Rd., Cranston at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be private.
