Dora A. ( Parascandolo) Richard

98, passed away peacefully on Wednesday July 31, 2024.

She was born in Johnston, the daughter of the late Joseph and Liva (Della Ragione) Parascandolo.

Dora was the loving wife of Theodore J. Richard for sixty seven years. She is survived by her loving children Theodore and Paula Richard of Scituate , Lorraine Petrone of Yarmouth Port, MA, John and Annmarie Richard of Smithfield, Steven Richard and his fiancée Caroline DiGiulio of Johnston, and Lisa and John New of Dennis, MA.

Dora was the sister of the late Louis and Michael Parascandolo, Carmella DePardo, Mary Fratiello and twin sister Anna Pennacchio.

She was grandmother to 8 and Great Grandmother to 6.

She was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Grace Parish, Johnston. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 12 noon at Our Lady of Grace Church, Johnston. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. 

Visitation will be Sunday evening from 5-8pm in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston.
