DONALD BEDROSIAN

84, of Norfolk St., Cranston, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2012 at Miriam Hospital in Providence. He was the beloved husband of Lillian M. (Greene) Bedrosian. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Yegeshe "Eugene" and Persape (M'Ohanian) Bedrosian.

Donald was a foreman at H.P. Hood Co. for 25 years and later was a boiler engineer for the State of RI at the I.M.H. for 20 years before retiring. He was a WW-II U.S. Navy veteran; a lifelong member of Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church; and a member of the A.Y.F.

Besides his wife, he was the father of Doreen A. Bedrosian and Eugene D. Bedrosian, both of North Providence; step-father of Daniel Francazio of New York City, David Francazio and his wife Cathy of Tiverton, Karen Sanders and her husband Richard of Princeton, NJ and the late Nancy Francazio; brother of Peter "Doc" Bedrosian of Warwick and Karnig "Tick" Bedrosian of Cranston and grandfather of Julia and Olivia Sanders.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Thursday at 11 a.m. in Sts. Vartanantz Church, 402 Broadway, Providence, followed by interment with military honors at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
