Domenico Voccio, Sr.

90, of Cranston, passed away at home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, February 24, 2021.  He was the beloved husband of the late Evelyn (Vinacco) Voccio.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Carmine and Angelina (Piero) Voccio.

Domenico worked as a plater for the former Foster Jewelry, Cabot Manufacturing, and the City of Cranston for many years.  He was also a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Korean War era.  He loved frequenting Foxwoods Casino, tending to his vegetable garden, and most importantly spending time with his family.

Domenico is survived by his loving children, Anthony Voccio of Cranston, Domenic Voccio, Jr. of Cranston, Richard Voccio and his wife Cheryl of Coventry, Donna Burlingame and her husband Rick of Cranston; cherished grandchildren Jill Burlingame and Megan Stinson, Danielle and Ryan Voccio, and great grandchildren Ayden and Kameron.  He was predeceased by his brothers Alfonso, Pasquale, Manuel, Frank, Gaetano, and Vito Voccio, and sisters Josephine Aptt, Louise Jenkins, Lucy Paris, Evelyn Saccetti, and Florence Cavallaro.

His funeral services are respectfully private.
