Domenic Mattiace

86, of Cranston, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Kent Hospital in Warwick.  He was the beloved husband of Mary A. (Pannone) Mattiace.  Born in Cranston, Domenic was a son of the late Michele and Carmela (Roberto) Mattiace.  Domenic was a tile setter for many years before retiring and a Marine Veteran serving during the Korean War.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughter Laurie A. Mattiace-DeCesaro of Cranston.  Domenic was the father of the late Michele and David A. Mattiace and predeceased by five siblings.  He was the cherished grandfather of David Tyler Mattiace, Drew Michael Mattiace, and Katherine Irene Mattiace.

His funeral will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church Cranston at 11 a.m.  VISITING HOURS: Saturday 9-10 a.m.  Burial with military honors will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O.
