Domenic L. "Derks" Lazzarino

89, of Cranston passed away Friday April 23, 2021 at home. He was the beloved husband of the late Eleanora (Gamba ) Lazzarino.

Born in Providence he was the son of the late Pietro and Philomena (Caprio) Lazzarino. Domenic was the assistant manager of Hudson Cold Storage for many years before retiring and he served his country during the Korean war in 1950. He also was an avid golfer at Triggs Memorial Golf Course.

He was the devoted father of Diane Centofanti, husband Paul of North Providence and Peter Lazzarino of Warwick; loving grandfather of Mona Fennessy, Nicole Centofanti, Peter Lazzaarino and Ariana Russo; and loving great-grandfather of Jack and Charlie Fennessy and Stella Allard. He was the dear brother of the late Ida Montecalvo, Josephine Artesani and Tony Lazzaarino. Domenic was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday May 1, 2021 at 10 a.m. in St. Rocco’s Church 927 Atwood Ave. Johnston followed by Burial with Military Honors in St. Ann Cemetery Cranston
