DOMENIC J. ANTONELLI

Domenic J. Antonelli 73, of Winsor Ave. Johnston, passed away Tuesday October 13, 2009 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence. He was the husband of Patricia (Azar) Antonelli. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Donato and Giovannina (DeFruscio) Antonelli. Mr. Antonelli was the founder of Anton Enterprise Inc. Domenic was an avid golfer, and was a member of Valley, West Warwick, Lincoln and Foster Country Clubs. He was a 1955 Cranston High School East Graduate, where he was the captain of his football team. Domenic was also a US Army Korean War veteran. Besides his wife he is survived by his loving children, Donald Antonelli of Coventry, Steven Antonelli of Little Compton, Michael Antonelli of Hope, Rosemarie Antonelli O'Keefe and Lynmarie Fortin both of West Warwick, Jennifer Antonelli of Cumberland and Stephanie Antonelli of Woonsocket. He was the cherished grandfather of 7, and was the brother of the late Rose Ursillo, MaryAnn Kabbas, Frank, Christopher, Mario, Daniel and Michael Antonelli. He was also the former husband of Florence Martin and Christine Antonizio. His funeral will be held on Saturday at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Rocco's Church, Atwood Ave. Johnston. Burial with military honors will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Friday 4-8 pm.
