DOLORES "DeDe" MANCINI

Dolores G. "DeDe" (Mastrobuono) Mancini, 80, of Cranston, entered into rest peacefully at home, February 18, 2009 with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph Mancini Sr. Born in Providence, RI October 28, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Angelina (DelFino) Mastrobuono. In terms of loving family Dolores was the mother of three children: Darlene Mancini-Alves, Stephen Mancini, and the late Ralph Mancini Jr., two sisters; Libby DePetrillo, Lenore Ronci, one brother, the late Joseph Mastrobuono, seven grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and three great grandchildren. Dolores was a member of the National Hairdressers Association and worked as a professional hairdresser for ten years. She was also the secretary/bookkeeper of R&S Mancini Construction for over 20 years. Dolores spent her personal time adoring her family and making us all laugh with her wonderful humor and spirited ways. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Avenue , Cranston on Monday at 9:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul, Providence at 10:00am. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Sunday 4-8pm.
