of Cranston, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Brentwood Nursing Home in Warwick. He was the beloved husband of Jean (Farmanian) Ricci and the late Barbara (McDonnell) Ricci. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Domenico and Ines (DiCenso) Ricci.
Dino was a member of Teamsters Local 251 and worked at RI Sand & Gravel till their closing and D’Ambra Construction until his retirement in 1995.
Besides his wife Jean, Dino was the adored father of Paul Ricci (Sharon) of Cranston and Ann Marie Ricci-Green (Tom) of Martha’s Vinyard, MA; stepfather of Jack Hagopian (Sharon), Kristen DeAngelis (Darren) and David Hagopian (Keri) all of Cranston; cherished Papa of Samantha and Stephanie Ricci, Derek, Brandon and Tyler Hagopian, Darren, Jr. “DJ”, Gian and Devin DeAngelis; and dear brother of Ines DiBiasio (Anthony), Barbara Paolino (Michael) and the late Oresto “Rusty” Ricci, Dora Ricci, Edith Simone and Lena Greaves.
The family wish to thank Advocare Health Group, Beacon Hospice, Greenwich Farms Assisted Living and Brentwood Nursing Home for their exceptional care and compassion given to Dino.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 18th at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston, (social distancing and masks required), followed by burial at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are MONDAY from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.
